Shipping Time:
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days, but delays may occur.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Order Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
